In the G.O. 1st read above, sanction was accorded for creation
of (11) posts to each of the 81 PHCs Annexed (11x81=891 posts) under 13th
Finance Commission each PHC consists the posts as detailed below:

Further it is submitted that vide GO.4th cited Government have
accorded permission to fill up the above posts except( sl.no. 2,3,7&8) on
contract basis duly following procedure therein and also orderd vide reference
5th cited ,to fill the posts at Sl.No.2 & 3 I,e PHN and MPHEO
shall be filled by promotion from the feeder categories.
In view
of the above it is hereby authorizes the district selection committee
constituted in G.O.Rt.No. 217 HM&FW(J2) Dept
dt.26.02.2001 to contract the
services in the sanctioned posts for
each PHC I,e Staff Nurse/ Pharmacist Gr.II/ Lab Technician Gr.II under their districts Annexured to this. The
selection committee is responsible for issuing recruitment notification,
receipt and screening the applications and notification of provisional and
final selection lists, the entire process
shall be completed by 12
-8-2016.
Schedule for the above recruitment is
as follows:

The
selection of the candidates to fill up the above posts shall be made by the selection committee duly
following the procedure prescribed in G.O
R.T. No..217 HM&FW(J2) Dept dt.26.02.2001.
The District Medical and Health Officer who is Member Convener in
selection committee is requested to take action accordingly
