2. G.O.Ms.No.107, HM&FW (D1) Dept., Dated:31.08.2015.

Order:-

                             Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue the
amendment to the G.O. 1st read above, by adding the designation of Deputy
District Medical & Health Officer as Member at Primary Health Centre level as
Sl.No.7, item No.1 of Annexure of G.O.Ms.No.48, HM&FW (D1) Department,
Dated:13.05.2015.
                         The HoDs of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department and all the
District Collectors in the state shall take necessary action accordingly.
