In the  ref 4^th cited the Government extend the time limit of General Transfers 2017  till 05.06.2017 to take up the General Transfers 2017 duly following the Guide lines and procedures  prescribed in  G.O. Request to transfer. No. 318 dated 06.05.2017.

ORDER:

In the G.O. 1^st read above, orders were issued relaxing ban on transfer of employees.

2.       In the G.O. 2^nd read above, transfer guidelines and procedures of HM&FW Department were issued.

3.       In the letter 3^rd read above, the CH&FW, A.P. has requested to extend the time limit to take up the general transfers till 10-06-2017, so as to enable the employees to submit transfer applications through online.

4.       Government after careful examination hereby extend the time limit till 05-06-2017 to take up the general transfers duly following the guidelines and procedures prescribed in the G.O. 2^nd read above.

5.       The CH&FW, A.P. is hereby permitted to issue the revised schedule to effect the transfers accordingly.  

6.       All the HoDs shall take necessary action accordingly.

1.    General Transfers – 2017  will be done through online  web-site – www.transfers.ap.gov.in 

2.    Competent Authorities i.e. RDM&HS & DM&HOs will get USER NAME and PASSWORD through sms or mail.

3.    The Competent Authorities have to upload

A). List of clear vacancies for each Designation / Post.

B). List of longstanding employees service particulars more than 5 years up to 20%

4. The schedule for uploading of request transfer application by the employees is       23.05.2017 to 25.05.2017. 

   Further schedule to take up general transfer will be informed.
