                                 Govt. Circular Memo No .26223-A/160/TFR/2015 Finance Dept.Dated17-07-2015 Issued for instructions to all Sub Treasuries and District Treasuries and The Pay&Accounts Officer,AP,Hyderabad  to  accept the PRC Bills throughout the month and treat them as Special bills.
