conducted by the Spl. C.S. to govt. on 6-7-2015 – Permission to fill up the
vacant posts of MPHA (M)& MPHA (F) on contract / outsourcing basis in
agency areas (ITDA) in Epidemic season – Orders issued.

ORDER:-
In the
Videoconference conducted on 06-07-2015 by Hon’ble Minister for Social Welfare,
Chief Secretary, Spl. Chief Secretary, AP, Hyderabad, the Secretary to the
Government, Finance Department and the Commissioner, Health & Family
Welfare, AP, Hyderabad along with other senior state officials with the
District Collectors, POs ITDA, DM&HO and DCHSs on the management of water
borne and vector borne diseases in the state, it was decided to fill up all
vacant MPHA (F) and MPHA(M) on contract/outsourcing basis within a period of
ten days from the available trained local tribal candidates in ITDA area. In
the reference 2nd & 3rd read above, the Commissioner
Health & Family Welfare has submitted proposals in this regard.
2) Government after careful examination
hereby permit the Commissioner, H&FW and the Director of Public Health
& Family Welfare to fill up (113) MPHA(M) and (114)MPHA (F) posts on
contract/outsourcing basis from the available trained local tribal candidates
in ITDA area under the Chairmanship of concerned Project Officers for a period
of Six (6) months only, in the five districts as detailed below.

3. They are further requested to issue
suitable instructions to concerned District Collectors to depute the Lab
Technicians, Gr.II from the man power available in plain areas under RNTCP and
Aids Control society etc., for the vacancies.
4. The said exercise shall be completed
within a period of (10) days from the issue date of this order.
