In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Health & Family

Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, Government after careful examination hereby constitute

a Committee with the following members to review the functioning of CHNCs and

suggest steps to be taken for further improvement of functioning of CHNCs.

2. Director of Public Health & Family Welfare,

A.P, Hyderabad - Member

3. Commissioner, A.P.Vaidya Vidhana Parishad,

Hyderabad - Member

further action accordingly.
