ORDER:-
                               In compliance to the reference read above, Government hereby constitute a
Committee to develop a model for outsourcing of Diagnostics services in PPP mode
by taking into consideration the model guidelines developed by National Health
Mission, Government of India under free diagnostic service initiative with the
following members. A time line of three months for complete roll out in this regard is
fixed:-

2. The committee will a) validate the data of available manapower and
diognostic facilities in all health facilities upto district level b) prepare the request for
proposal.
