ORDER:
The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad in her letter read
above has reported that the Tenders were called for maintenance of Bio Medical Equipment
in all Public Health Facilities from Primary Health Centre till Teaching Hospitals in the State of
Andhra Pradesh by Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development
Corporation. The Bid Finalization Committee finalized M/s. TBS India Telematic Biomedical
Services Private Limited, as successful bidder @ of Rs.38.22Crores for 1styear @ 7.45 %
Maintenance Charges. The successful bidder has signed letter of intent dated:21.10.2015
expressing his willing to take up and maintain equipment as per the terms & conditions laid by
Government. Government of India has already approved Rs.10.00 crores in ROP 2015-16
and the remaining gap fund of Rs.28.22 crores is requested from Government of India under
FMR: B.16.1.1.3.1 as additional allocation.
2. The Commissioner, Health & Family Welfare has requested to permit her to enter into an
agreement with M/s TBS India Telematic and Biomedical Services Pvt. Ltd., for maintenance
of Bio Medical Equipment from Primary Health Centre till Teaching Hospital for a period of
one year with a cost of Rs.38.22crores.
3. Government, after careful examination of the matter in detail, hereby accord permission
to Special Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad and Executive
Director, National Health Mission and Project Director, APSACS to enter into an agreement
with M/s. TBS India Telematic and Biomedical Services Private Limited, for maintenance of
Bio Medical Equipment from Primary Health Centre till Teaching Hospital for a period of one
year with a cost of Rs.38.22crores by following the rules in force.
4. The Special Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad and
Executive Director, National Health Mission and Project Director, APSACS shall take further
action in the matter.
